Since 2007, Kare Partners, LLC has internationally recruited and placed hundreds of therapists in positions in the USA through it's immigration program, the Kareer Network. In 2019, Kare Partners began a campaign to recruit nurses internationally for much needed home health positions in NC. The company had previously only recruited physical and occupational therapists, and this campaign was the first time the company targeted European countries.
I designed the social media ads and print brochure to drive nurses to the landing page. The social media ads received thousands of likes and engagements on Facebook and Instagram. I also worked with our Italian recruiter to translate and create an Italian version of the print brochure, which was distributed at job fairs and healthcare facilities in Northern Italy.
I helped our design team write copy and structure the website where nurses could sign up to begin the immigration process. We focused on selling the "American" dream to foreign nurses, using vibrant reds and blues and images of American cities and natural landscapes.
The langing page received more than 300 form submissions, which were then funneled to our recruiting team. In the end, the 3-month campaign successfully converted 21 registered nurses. Each nurse committed to a 3-year contract with Kare Partners, representing a value of more than $5 million for the company.
